Shipping & Return Policy

  • Utah Treasures will try to resolve any issues concerning any items that are shipped.
  • Do not ship the damaged items back to Shade River Antiques. Contact us immediately. Damaged or lost items will be resolved through the shipping company.
  • All claims must be done within 5 business days from the delivery date.
  • Once you file a claim with us, original contents and packaging must be kept. Failure to do so may void the claim,
  • Bulk rocks, minerals, and crystals are an “as is” sale.
  • We do not cover your shipping costs. Refunds are issued within 3-5 business days after the package is received. We will credit you your total purchase price minus the shipping and handling costs.
  • Postal rates applies to United States only. Any out of country shipments must be approved prior to ordering.
